Notice To Collection Agencies

Companies or agents or employees of collection agencies are hereby specifically and explicitly BARRED from use of SDP MULTIMEDIA GROUP services, hosting, email, voice, and data networks. This action is protected under our right to refuse service and based on a pattern of criminal conduct by officers and employees in this industry.

If you are found to be an employee, acting on behalf of a credit or collection agency, or otherwise involved in the information gathering or collection of data for a credit or collection agency, your account will be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY without refund or at the sole discretion of the firm terminated with a refund of the present month charges.

Harassment of our offices by hang-up calls, fraud to initiate disputes, damage or impact the good credit of the firm, or menace its employees will be met with LETHAL FORCE pursuant 21 O.S. §21-733, or any adequate means to deter harassment or false allegation consistent with past 18 U.S.C. §1951 and §1513 felony crimes now under formal criminal complaint with the 10th Circuit Federal Court.

If your call is refused by our phone system and you persist under any other name or variation of number in order to circumvent these protections or raise false cause against the firm, we will file a criminal complaint and may make public notice of your actions personally.

Why So Serious?

Our office has endured serious criminal threats stemming from one Alica Scarbrough and Veronica Petersen, related a child kidnapping for extortion and blackmail since 2001, and prior death threats in 1999 against case witnesses by Ms. Scarbrough.

These threats are an ongoing matter relevant to the State of Oklahoma, State of Texas, past civil and criminal complaint in The State of Florida, and relevant injury to a child as means to damage or defame our commercial business. Such threats and fraud were documented in 2002-2004 in Federal Identity Theft, 2006-2010 in direct threats, and constitute an ongoing and felony Federal and International crime on appeal by our office with related witness protection program.

Four of our officers have been assaulted, threatened repeatedly with murder, and their families menaced by public written threats of violence and bodily harm. We are therefore unwilling to engage in or entertain any dialog with a collector who abuse in any way the normal process of debt or ignores Federal Law in this matter to add financial duress or extortion at the place of work or through false business dealings with the firm.

We welcome individual private accounts and other businesses.
