PRESS RELEASE
TITLE: - "NO MERIT" LIMITATION OF SALE POLICY
ID#: 17-647A
CONTEXT: 4th AMERICA PARTNERS
TERMS: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Pursuant to violation of 588 U.S. ____ (2019) case no 17-647 rule obligating hearing to present evidence of a 42 U.S.C. 1981 violation in November 27 2020 ruling by the Federal Court of Appeals in the State of Pennsylvania:

SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. and its partners will no longer permit sale to residents of State of Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Conneticut, New Jersey, Deleware, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, or State of Washington.

Further, residents of State of Texas are prior subject to this limitation since 2003 January 1st.

Refusal to afford sworn affidavit claims as "evidence" violates the 5th Amendment rule by the UNITED STATES, its Federal Court, and such member states participating in this fraud contrary 31 U.S.C. 3729(a) rule will be prohibited tort or sale from STATE OF OKLAHOMA or UNITED STATES CORPORATIONS resident there under our authority.

Our officers have witnessed claim of affidavit and direct acts of fraud for which no suggested ruling of "No Merit" may be lawful, and such act themed 18 USC 2383 and 2384 felony conduct in concert with misprison of treason, disbarring the STATE COURTS of those regions from lawful claims of a "competent court" to sustain their activity during overt violent and public voter intimidation with material property damage.

All orders made by parties in those regions after November 27th 2020 as of 8:00 CDT am will be void to our firms, and such persons not eligible to reorder unless proof of residency and shipping and primary use is made of product outside those regions, or a lawful government is restored to those states with consent of our organizations to its core competency.

All claims of "full faith and credit" with such governments of those regions or their representatives are henceforth void, and alien to the lawful right to continuity of business and protection of goods in Interstate Commerce obligated ordinary civil procedure of a competent court - so defined in Kelly v Kelly (2007, P100 - Oklahoma Supreme Court) regarding "due process" and "automatic mistrial" evident in Pennsylvania et al.

We find no Full Faith and Credit to be present in the authority or legal person of the governments of the prior States, due perfidy and acts contrary the Articles of War and Oklahoma Constitution article II section II-6 and other rights not waived, and elect our lawful right to deny them standing before this association and its government, so defined in II-1 and II-2 rule, and per XXIII-1A and XXIII-8 and XXIII-9 rule, disbar such fraud in false hearings a proof of UNITED STATES regional agency in the territories of the sovereign states in conspiracy against rights prohibited tort any binding authority in civil matters so themed 15 U.S.C. 1692d and 15 U.S.C. 1692n rule, as crimes per 18 U.S.C. 241 and 42 U.S.C. 1981 and 1994 violations.

State of Texas is further included in this fraud, for concealment of hostages in false trial in 2001 October to 2020, in 22 U.S.C. Chapter 72 violation, for refusing to locate, turn over, and permit communication with such hostages during Interstate Interference in Commerce (18 USC 9151) on similar false trial and no evidence of civil or criminal wrongdoing or hearings permitted making "automatic mistrial" per Oklahoma Supreme Court (Kelly v Kelly, 2007) an operation of law in effect.

We will not tolerate harassment of this degree in concert with export of goods to a hostile foreign state whose loyalty is clearly that of Nation of Japan and People's Republic of China, Saudi Arabia, and other small countries engaged in this 2001-2020 fraud now exposed in misconduct of a similar fashion contrary II-6 rule in State of Pennsylvania Federal Court of Appeals. There can be no peace with a fraudulent government, or its claim to authority made where such acts of kidnapping, extortion, and fraud are so evident.
