Multi-tenant 'virtual servers' or 'compute engines' and 'compute engines' are available only to verified clients with authorized keys. The use of strong identity is required due to United States claims in "Linkedin.com v HiQ", which void other terms of service for all public network servers and computers since September 2019.

Recent wrongful claims in light of "hiQ Labs, Inc. v. LinkedIn Corp., No. 17-16783 (9th Cir. 2019)" obligate all clients to undergo identification and access terms agreement prior use. Services may be made available to the public, but must be registered with registered users due to thse concerns and claims related information disclosure as 'public' presumed by the UNITED STATES.
