User Directives

Not everyone has spent 35 years arguing and fighting to explain a concept of parallel computing. Much less had a bunch of crazy people trying to sell your work as their own, along with a lot of other people. This has suppressed publication of Beyond War content for 20 years in the United States and other affected regions.

Many of the features and elements are not disclosed because of ongoing harassment now exceeding 20,000 requests per hour to our servers.

A tremendous amount of the nuance is absent due to the harassment.

Beyond War was Designed

Beyond War was designed around the concept of a Universe, not a tabletop game or product to appeal to minor children of pre-Internet content.

Beyond War is designed for audiences ages 24 and up, who are experienced in science fiction and literature both pre and post Internet Era content.

Beyond War was purposefully designed to include twelve (12) playable races, and a 13th Race, the STRYX, which was known as the 13th Species until kidnapping and efforts to sell that brand name in dillution of trademark to sustain a child abuse situation were sustained from 2001-2020 by the child abductors and two (incorporated) states of the Federal Union of the United States.

An "incorporated state" is the "legal person" themed a government body of a member state of the United States. It functions as a corporation, and in this case - alleged 'sovereign immunity' to suggest it should take, sell, and convert to money (an implied, false) 'cash-value' the intellectual property and franchise of JAMES ALLEN, an estate and UNITED STATES CITIZEN, and that of his agent James Allen (father of an abducted child) to pay a fictitious debt barred at law (45 CFR) from which a felony crime is apparent (18 U.S.C. Chapter 96 'racketeering' in 21 O.S. 21-891 'child stealing') and numerous 'false claims' then created to support this criminal taking by force and concealment of a newborn baby from the home of James Allen, an act known legally as 'genocide' and 'corruption of blood' at-law.

This activity was aided by employees of a foreign sovereign nation (NATION OF JAPAN) and on partnership with their business associates SoftBank Group Inc. and TENCENT HOLDING CO LTD, acting then for NATION OF JAPAN and PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (PRC), and jointly with SOFTBANK GROUP CORP in organized political and criminal extortion to forfeit the property critical of "Chinese Communist Party" (CCP) projects and themes later disclosed to be an illegal trust with additional $200 billion USD in capital financing arising from THE NATION OF SAUDI ARABIA, a sovereign foreign investment fund jointly by the parties. Harassment in this activity mirrored ANTIFA and BLACK LIVES MATTER violent civil unrest, and exposed the tactics later used to attempt a color revolution against the lawful United States government in 2019-2020.

Players are expected to enjoy the twelve races, who each have something different to offer in gameplay and experience.

Many of those concepts have been data-mined from 2001-2020 and illegally transferred to foreign projects, in an effort to dilute the brand and damage the value of the property.

Unfortunately the 1st AMENDMENT rights of the author were falsely themed 'mental illness' by radical utilitarian socialist secular actors engaging in plagiarism under Ruism (religious sectarian taking, a religious theme that denies the existence of private property both physical and intellectual).

This material was fraudulently then incorporated into multiple acts of public fraud themed a Terrorist Hoax (21 O.S. 2268.1 §§ 9) by those parties in 2001-2020 so prohibited at law in Title 76 Oklahoma Statutes section 76-3 and 76-4, 76-6, and 21 O.S. 21-2268 "Oklahoma Anti-Terrorism Act", and designed and expressed as a written crimnial plan of business to disable two UNITED STATES CORPORATIONS and an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company (LLC) in this cause, to the benefit of PRC / NATION OF JAPAN.

These disputes have become extreme issues in public civil unrest in the United States as of 2020, prompted by hostile foreign powers and International business and capital abuse of rights not afforded in other countries contrary International Treaty and by purposeful evasion of duty by PRC, NATION OF JAPAN, KINGDOM OF SWEDEN, NORWAY, ICELAND, THE REPUBLIC OF GERMANY and THE UNITED KINGDOM.

International Laws including the Berne Convention are designed to protect writers and software developers from abuse by large capital corproations. Over 2001-2020, many of the elements have been incorporated into other properties, similar to the adaptation of the Terminator concept from television to film, without permission or conset of the original author, and to harm their business.

The exact language of the law incorporated in II-6 Constitutional Rule, and Article IV section 2 rule in all member states and dealings of the United States in world trade, see 'Oklahoma Trademarks, Copyright, and Trade Secret' regulations.

You should rely on the prior laws rather than argue with kidnapping pedophiles and sociaist extremists fincanced by Japan and China, or neonazi Texas white supremecists that have been reaching-out to our community in Oklahoma.

Origin of The Technology

Rather than fight with ill educated illiterate meth heads who are trying to lure your kid to a sci-fi convention so the professor of "Arthurian Studies" can "show off his light saber" after you send them off to a panel, we are going to dive into the background of the writers and talk about the less technical elements of the Beyond War Universe.

Beyond War Universe is a product created by Oklahoma-based writer/developer SDP Multimedia Group, and incorporates advanced physics and science that players are not expected to understand or reproduce in the technology of 2020.

Like any technology, ordinary people do not have to understand the underlying mechanisms to use it, but unlike most socialist media the rules and science behind the technology is very specific and well defined. This represents a concealed canon of information the audience does not need to obtain, while the basic abilities of still accessible to them.

Online gamers already do this with "tanks", "healers", "support party members" and crude concepts like damage-per-second. Things that, in all, really degrade most modern games to a set of simple algebra mechanics. This works because the mathematics behind the game systems have not changed fundamentally since 1975, from early pen-and-paper technology.

Beyond War works in a different approach, allowing users to discover things about their character, develop abilities and skills without making strict metric choices on skill trees, and establishes the unique identity of every individual in the game without the use of classes and races, unlike all other game systems prior.

This has been a component of Beyond War since 1996, and is a protected trade secret under Oklahoma Law as implemented. In practice, this means you do not "put points into a skill" to learn. You learn, and then your ability to do or perform increases, with defined but undisclosed rules and limitations affected by the environment and other factors.

As a game promoter and host of many roleplaying tabletop game systems over 1989-2001, the developer observed and incorporated this discovery into the design of Beyond War to disrupt the "design" aspect of players in a large community.

This proprietary technique also prevent players from "building" characters to "fit a goal" including the advantage made by shared community pooling of perks, tricks, skills, and reverse-engineering of math in game systems.

In this way, your character is actually Unique, and cannot be replicated by simply re-rolling or "re-skilling" later, or a duplicate build created. In the same sense as golf, "Beyond War therefore imposes a rule that the player enjoy the character as-is, and from this can build implicit value in each player as a unique and developed party which is not interchangable with other characters of the same class as if humans were a commodity."

After all, skill and knowledge are "imparted from authority" in the Marxist (Ruism) "Hegelian Dialectic" socialist secular religion, and to suggest a person is better at a skill or has a talent to achieve results that other competitors cannot due to inherent traits is offensive to that commission-based seniority and tradition of Asian and Prussian "instructor" role.

This is not hypothetical. It is not idealized. It is part of the math and the software system.

The process is inherent to a new degree of virtual world experience and persistent perma-death games for mature adults, and such concepts very risky in the dial-up era that they were designed in 1996.

Early development in that era of unreliable digital communication as was dial-up was possible because James Allen and other developers foresaw broadband and DSL technology before many other audiences, by virtue of a unique position in education and the market. Education and life experience that is not available via programs for commercial job training or academic study, and originates from the theoretical applied science of his home and childhood, then encountered resistance from 'formal education' seeking to disbar this insight.

Specifically, James was adopted by a medical doctor with a pediatric practice and a former signal warfare electronic engineer active in personal computer and business network technology for computer systems in the 1970s.

Colleges and Universities cannot offer this degree or experience, nor do they, despite working to install the inferred 'right to work' that such experience would benefit.

Conflict in this area, to call for the 'certification" as a commission of a right to speak on these matters, utterly destroyed the Western State Regents for Higher Education in the matter of this process, and is now evident in the call to lower standards based on racial ethnicity in 2020 as if race denotes a 'disadvantage' in reading and learning and communication in black students in the United States, to grant them advantage at job applications over white and Native American students.

Literacy is literacy, regardless of race, and a lack of literacy is not a "handicap" that can be cashed in based on inferior performance, nor a rule that should bar any person from their 'right to work' and equal consideration without a 'pay-to-play' commission falsely themed an education by incorporated state schools or their employees.

Because of this abuse, which has become about "who is authorized to work" (or teach) versus who is qualified or competent, and in what areas they have actual experience, Beyond War has become more relevant now than ever in the 1991-2001 period prior the child kidnapping that arrested its initial planned release in the early 2000s.

The question of "is the idea sound" rather than "is the person bringing the information to the group sound" (Ad Hominem Abuse, to character to discredit academic claims as a presumption of intimidation popular in Ruism and Chinese Communist Party culture), is express in the attacks of MSNBC, CNN, and other radical neo-socialist propaganda outlets in the 2016-2020 Trump Administration resistance, and efforts to defraud over $4 trillion USD in Federal funds on fraud and false claims now under civil unrest in 2020. These claims have not diminished since November 2020, and in fact only intensified without rational basis in increasing treason by Biden suppoters to 'shout down' the Trump campaign from ordinary legal hearings and lawful validation of ballots claimed by rebel states.

Rusim (Socialism) is a religion, dumbass!

In this way, efforts to "quantify, rank, and assert absolute class superiority similar to caste and rank systems (see Ruism), which dominated the Asian and Prussian culture", are a religious core pillar of Islamic-Socialism and Asian-Socialism.

Such rigid and obsolete beliefs have no place in a modern society or modern academic culture and technical field.

Rusim is a return to feudal authority with violent dehumanizing peonage, and this struggle to maintain some relevancy in these outdated Marxist ideas, projecting blame for failure of the education and academic systems and courts and law enforcement on persons as scapegoats.

It conceals a failure to provide basic services like education, protection, and equitable fiduciary rights which are now express in movements to install these injuries on racial and social discrimination.

The movement would imply dissent is the opposite of virtue, and contempt for authority equitable to mental illness - as described by George F. Hegel (1821, Elements of the Philosophy of Right), a fraudulent professor and psychologist who styled his writings to avoid being killed by his own King for supporting what was the rise of antisemitism prompting two world wars.

Yet here we are again, and such ideas - such extremism - the basis for the different cultures of Beyond War - a model designed to create a metaphor that players both must embrace, navigate, and survive, from the perspective of various cultures and technology backgrounds which engage extremist positions of the prior intolerance as elements of gameplay.

It is predictable we might have avoided 400,000 deaths (Iraqi Civilian casualties) and two Gulf Wars, had Beyond War been developed and released in 2001 as planned, rather than hijacked 30 days prior to September 11th 2001 attacks.

Exploration of extremist asymetric warfare in Beyond War was predictive of the 2001 attacks on the United States, and of the subsequent insurgency and growth of radical infiltration and assault on United States economic power and industry in slave-labor and foreign labor standards, now evident in China and Japanese cultural competition with the United States.

In light of such concepts, players are not expected to "understand the vertical drivers" of the cultural and industrial marketplace of Beyond War civilizations and story elements.

On the contrary, they are poured into the front-lines of this conflict from the perspective of soldiers and merchants, ship captains, explorers, and scientists - and then become more powerful factions and players over time, in the course of many character lives (and deaths), using a system that is proprietary to Beyond War.

The goal of this system is to grow a community beyond simple actions like "buff" and "cast heal" or other old "DPS-stack" models of game play, still evident in games like Fortnite and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

Species (Races)

Race is an ugly word, that denotes a separation in distinction. Species is more accurate.

"Species" denotes a homogeny of similar people based on physical biology and lifecyle, interaction and sexual and social development, reproduction, and natural perpetuation of the species without substantial change.

A tribe, from a social science persepctive, is not what this represents, nor a "federation" of dissimilar alligned people of many species, as Gene Roddenberry foresaw, due to the vast difference of cultural and physical requirements.

Where one species may have eight billion members in its local population, another species may have only one in fifty light years of space. Both are equal in Beyond War by this the term.

Again, this very 'class identity' and 'welfare by individual suffrage rights of one species versus another based on sheer population' manifest explicitly in Beyond War contrary the "Democracy" (Ruism / Marxist Socialism) of modern Rebel activity against the Constitution of the United States and government it represents at-law.

Democracy, you see, is incompatible with reality - and the antithesis of a republican form of government wherein each individual has the same inherent right to life and dignity as another, regardless of the size or the power of their class.

Technology

The technology of Beyond War asserts (and proves) the inherent value of having standing as a class rather than a populus, in a terrible way that is very difficult for a Socialist secular extremist to accept. It is contrary their 'creed' of might (majority, numbers) make right ('rational and moral good') by consensus of many voices able to shout-down one.

This is evident in the 'species' of Beyond War, where the populous 'Eumon (A-You Mon), what we know as 'Earthlike humans', in their natural state as found in 2020 and prior 42,000 years on Earth; versus a species like the Elan Sha (Sky People), who are genetically enhanced over Centuries of generations to no longer die of age or disease.

Likewise, the Dawv (Daw v'a) would have most modern humans appear to be giants in contrast; while the Minat (Mi-nat') are literally so small they can stand on a flower. Size does not matter when the technology of such species has developed to the degree it can put a star in a briefcase and stuff a dinosaur into a thimble, or walk through walls and travel miles into the Earth and stone of the planet to live in isolation and protection from stellar war, with the same ease as we walk on the surface in daylight.

To a machine that holds a trillion distinct individal personalities, each derived from its own master-class original and as unique as any person, in a single computer the size of an American dime; and spring forth warships the size of solar systems filled with fighting machines and ground troops limited only by the resources it can obtain; or pull energy out of the motion of the solar system as it travels through space to create stars and hurl black holes at enemy planets and stars; such concepts of "democracy" or "social class" are absurd - even child like.

Such life forms can make people on-demand, and it does not wait for consent to decide the policies of the war machine it is or the mission it is executing.

The administration of life between these extremes of war on a scale that make armies of any size seem absurdly tiny, is a vacuum filled by the great dragons and half-men, whose people are as numerous as the nations of Earth once were and armed with weapons sufficient to control and enforce their rule over people and make resistance against foes who are equally merciless - without fear or remorse - while interacting with Eumon and local life.

Life is, to such a people, like a ladybug in your hand - precious and pretty, but delicate and easily destoryed. The test is to live and not do so. To live in such a society, made by another for the sole purpose of "being a doorstop against disorder", is the life of a Leupos or a Dracos soldier, manufactured people built to serve, but possessing free will and initiative like any living thing, under the curse of a broader knowledge of the powers that be. Knoweldge that should instill sufficient fear to not disobey or challenge armies that can blot out the stars.

Nations do not describe such forces. People nor flags also do not constitute a species that moves against all life on a planet in a single motion. History records such events as death of all living things, not as accounts of battles, because genocide is not a battle of armies aligning on a field to impose their will by martial force over another faction - it is the elimination of all life and all history, as the American rebels are intent on today in 2020.

These events are recorded only as "cataclysms", to quote one presentation in the mid 1990s on Beyond War, a great dying off of one form of life, and rise of another, without obvious cause to a primitive species.

What happened?

The answer is usually the same,

"There was a war. Not the kind of war your people have. A real war. One where the vanquished were utterly obliterated and all trace of their lives and technology were destroyed, scrubbed from the very face of the planet and consumed by technology and weapons that your primitive people and solar system dare not imagine."

Weapons that are 'available for use' by players in Beyond War.

And in a population of one per galaxy, the use of such weapons "draws attention" from even more powerful beings.

The Kai'Gi, the God Way, act to supprss these weapons from being obtained or even understood or known by any species, for their very existence leads to the loss of galaxies. Struggling to survive their efforts are those very weapons, the Sanguine, and the product of such weapons use - the Ethran - who are the undying shadows-that-move burned into the face of time and space by such tremendous weapons use.

Weapons you can fit in your pocket.

It makes for a nervous game of brinksmanship, to live in a world where such power exists. Where a Sanguine King can change the direction of the star and all the planets around it with the wave of his hand, or slide the moon near a planet into place to block an incoming solar flare or attack that would wipe out the planet. That is, after all, why moons exist and why some of them never show one side of their surface to the planet they orbit, contrary all laws of nature and gravity - because they are artificial satellites created solely to act as a defense system for a single solitary Sanguine on the ground. They exist by design stir the waters for a few hundred thousand years to make the place hospitable and abundant with fishies for his immortal friend.

Any being who has seen such war and knows such things, on arriving on Earth, would be wary. Because while this is simply the way the world looks to an ordinary human being born on its surface, the tracks and marks upon the ground are those of a lion sleeping in its den, and made so to ensure others who would consider settling-down know: stay away, far far away.

Into such a Universe is Beyond War written - and such a broad perspective. And a specific sort of player who is capable of carrying on a long life with such power, does so not by force alone - but by subltety that is a part of the mathematical and mechanical design of the game.

A Cold War As Seen From An Ordinary Life

Standing in plain sight, mopping a floor, or driving a bus full of school children to and from a holding area every weekday. Or playing on a see-saw and living out a life like an ordinary human being, from childhood to old age, so do the Sanguine hide among the people of the Beyond War Universe, and their acts give rise to legends of demons, vampires, and gods who walk among the People. As do the memories of their briefest acts out of character install for generations inherent fear and memories passed on from mother to daughter and father to son, the imminent fear of 'He Who Walks Through Walls'. Such is the fear they create, and the need for the world to remain ignorant of the proximity of their nature at all times, lest all living things go mad with fear so primal it survives death and binds entire bloodlines for billions of years.

In light of such horror, it is clear to see why the Kai'Gi hunt them down sight-unseen - unable to stare into the face of the Sanguine without imminent knowledge and overwhelming emotion burned into lifetimes before their own.

Nor why the Tyec and Genosect are designed to kill entire star systems where they suspect a Sanguine is present, rather than enter into that civilization and allow the Sanguine to discover their presence. For all the Sanguine need to do is step into a shadow on a wall or lift a foot from the ground, and they will be 1000 light years away from that location in an instant.

To kill such a thing, much less fight such a thing, requires cruelty and enormous force that does not afford the eight billion lives of a less sophisticated species to matter in the scope and scale of war on an Intergalactic scale against even one such monster.

Nor to prepare any beligerant party or victim to the table manners and courtesies of dining with a Sanguine who wants them to remain unaware of their presence over tea and biscuits.

In Contrast to Other Works

In this regard, Beyond War differs radically from the "viking-norse and german-racism profiling" of Games Workshop products and Icelandic space-piracy made later, as well as the psychic powers and strict racist positions of such games.

It also diverts from the Human-Cyclon mythology of Battlestar Galactica, in its sophisticated portrayal of machine intellect as both "more stoic and philosophical, and remarkedly less violent" than the ad-hoc socialist fantasy of the original, television reboot, or socialist spin off series made upon those same Hegelian 'moral relativism' in the early 2000s by James Cameron.

In many ways, to canon viewers, Beyond War bears more resemblance to the pre-Jodie-Whittaker reboot of Doctor Who by the BBC, constantly making reverences to the Time War and the Eternal Child, prior to flushing all that work away with the "scoobie gang" take on the companions as incompetent racially profiled socialist archetypes in the post-Moffat era.

Ultimately, however, Beyond War does not admit to such central canon or authority, and places the value of "diginity" in each living individual above the net goals of entire Interstellar civilizations capable of destroying the galaxy and disrupting space and time completely, in a moral contest that champions the right to choose "one" above all other persons in the Universe - a choice that Moffat downplayed as "evil" in the final Peter Capaldi era, despite close approach to the power of eternal life and truly ominous unrevealed technology of the "Timelord Vitorious". A character smashed by the portrayal of Jodie Whittaker to a degree that falls short of "Reading Rainbow" made-for-PSA content suited to audiences 5-7 years old, and characterizing non-beta males as psychotic and "immenently emotionally unstable and an immediate danger" in classic socialist feminist Hegelian Dialectic style.

Beyond War did not have to occupy this "mature science fiction" target, as any of the prior properties could have easily made the move toward this more "Ridley Scott" level of technical sophistication and broad Universe-Building a la Bladerunner 1984. However, like most financed reboots, those projects fell woefully short in their desire to appeal to 'children' rather than to create a 'serious science fiction genre and Universe', for which other properties like Star Wars and "Han Solo" spin-offs have actually done a much better job.

Even as we see "The Mandalorian" and other Disney Company products fall into the trite "social justice" Ruism marxist secular Hegelian Dialectic model, a false moral theology and false mental health profile designed to maximize product access to countries like China and appeal to sexualization of children like that of Japan, Beyond War stands distinctly on the opposite end of the spectrum as a "John Wick" style of Space Opera, embracing a serious and intense simulation of world-building which has parity only in hard-science products like "The Matrix", and reeks of "Film Noir" as evident in "Pulp Fiction" and "Resivioir Dogs".

Players involved in that sort of realism, where guns not only damage but maim and kill other player characters, creates a new type of simulation that requires very strong user identity (PKI key technology) and account security with advanced control of in-game character identity and alt-character rules, for which existing games do not now and will not soon embrace.

The legal injury done to suppress this style of "american literature" in fiction, common in more advanced productions now on Netflix and made-for-streaming shows like "The Expanse", which like Beyond War "does not provide shields or other magic to stop direct-fire weapons and pad dialog cycles" - traps developed in television content like The Original Star Trek to meet broadcast guidelines.

On the contrary, the interactive media of online game persistent worlds make for a very high-speed fast-paced environment now seen only in privately funded projects like "Cyberpunk 2077" and "The Last of Us - Part II".

Technology Requirements and Genocide Embargo

This genre requires parallel processor technology (multi-thread, multi-core) and advanced video cards, which as of 2020 are still being withheld for over 4 years (2016-2020) due to the criminal impact of PETERSEN v ALLEN, and efforts to block and intercept the investment in a major media product that is anti-socialist anti-progressive and contrary the work of very large corporations like The Tides Foundation and NTT GROUP of Japan; or seek to dispute the "mental health of a working slave population ranked by education and appointed commission" as is the People's Republic of China now under the Communist Party of China (CCP). And aided by that country's reach into United States firms like RIOT GAMES and Epic MegaGames, direct competitors of Beyond War in their free-to-play in-game-purchase model aimed at American children and console markets, both involved in distribution of free content to dilute markets during 2016-2020.

Other properties, like Star Citizen, have sought to capitalize on the investment in visualization without the mechanics of Beyond War or its character system; and have shown their technology for 10xx series cards sorely dated as RTX and 20xx and 30xx chipsets continue to be delayed over 2016-2020 amid extortion, blackmail, and political sabotage of capital investment for Beyond War by direct violation of Oklahoma Constitution Article XXIII section XXIII-1A "Right to Work" in 2018-2020 litigation on concealment of a child and to forfeit the business of the developer in that interest on the same "radical socialist" theology of EXCESSIVE FINES barred by 586 U.S. ____ case no 17-1091, and already illegal per 588 U.S. ____ case no 17-647 in denial of jury trial or right to trial in MARK BITARA et al vs UNITED STATES prior, pertaining the kidnapping.

History will look at these efforts in the same way the burning of the Bible persecution of the Protestant Reformation was opposed by extremism in Europe. A war crime supporting suppression of a simple product, to sustain a narrative that ultimately differed in no way from peonage and slavery in the BLACK CODES of the 1860s-1970s. Some of which are sustained today in State of Texas and State of Oklahoma, violating 45 CFR 302.0 and 303.0 rule - and numerous codes therein a $28.3 billion annual fraud against the Treasury of the United States spanning 2001-2020.

Like the diary of Anne Frank, we cannot believe the horror used to affirm a "good socialist use of force and fraud" until it is recounted by the victims of those war crimes, including James Allen and his family and witnesses, to the acts of the United States, China, and Japan - and their subsidiaries in Iceland and Sweden who are owned by the firm supporting this fraud in 2001-2020 in obstruction of the right to work and publicatin and investment in the sole ownership of the intangible property and copyright which apply to Beyond War.

Persons responsible for the kidnapping have asserted that "no copyright exists unless the product is registered", contrary International law and in direct threat to plagiarize and sell the property Beyond War in 2013-2020 on a 320 page body of letters in explicit threat, for which the kidnapping of the child of the developer was used and cited as cause to do so on benfit of the Japanese, Chinese, and South Korean firms financing this terorrism against the United States and the American People.

An act, under 21 O.S. 21-1266 Oklahoma Law, which forfeit their nations entire patent and trademark registry and all rights registered in copyright to the Allen family for this offense and its injury done in genocide, a war crime, by which then no claims under The Benre Convention or other benefit may have legal standing now or in future, and such legal persons acting then in Interstate Commerce within the State of Oklahoma be dissolved in all standing before the legal body and jurisdiction into which the claims were published and sustained from 2001-2020.

It is a registry-breaking crime, not unprecedented in suppression of books and literature by the PRC and Nation of Japan, but made more serious by the 17 year concealment of a child in human trafficking and tremendous patent applications which stem from the Beyond War content and design named in those threats and abuse to impair the fundamental "criticism of radical secular socailism" as a form of mental defect and criminal act of genocide, so defined in "The Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide".

China treats Christianity in its borders in the same way, as do Democratic National Socialists (Progreassive Democratic Party Members) in the United States act as an unregistered foreign agent in this matter and conduct toward climate and vaccine opponents, and Donald Trump voters, via their equity influence in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other major "common carrier" services now acting as editors to impose "false medical practice of psychology" as a form of theological genocide against the creed of the American People and to normalize the conduct of the People's Republic of China and Nation of Japan as "mental health" in the United Sates, backed by similar claims of Islamic State theology as "mental health" in sex slavery, child marriage, pedophilia, rape, and replacement of the Cosntitution of the United States with Sharia Law.

These concepts, themed "hypothetical and imaginary" during their abuse and lettes in 2001-2019, were made evident and clear public policy statements in 2020 during the exposure that riots and civil unrest afforded in the COVID-19 state and artificial economic attack upon the economy and small business / sole-proprietor equity rights in the United States.

The Ruism incorporation of "dimitude" rules, false debts themed UNCONSTITUTIONAL civil debt, and denial of stimulus and aid afforded other businesses on the basis of false collection on fines in excess of income sought through FORCED LENDING to these claims as false creditors of a fraudulent lien, not made or afforded in 45 CFR or ordinary Constitutional law, per 586 U.S. _____ case no 17-1091 an 588 U.S. ____ case no 17-647, expose fully the 45 CFR 303.100(a)(3) violations and embezzlement from the Department of the Treasury alleged by JAMES ALLEN in 2001-2020 and cited as "The Hobbs Act", a felony, and human trafficking - which were evident in demands on the BEYOND WAR and related properties during 2001-2020 period.

Secular Taking - A War Crime & Corruption of Blood to stop Beyond War

Intent is not subject dispute, where equity taking in fiduciary fraud is made record contrary law.

The matter is therefore no longer academic or subject civil court process, and a felony themed a war crime and International crime against humanity, for which Beyond War and its products and services will always be a reminder of the treason of the Democractic Party against the United States, the American People, and the Human Race.

Such abuse, cited in General Order No 100 known also as "The Lieber Code" precludes the return to peace or a settlement, and by its very nature abolishes per 21 O.S. 21-1266 Oklahoma Law the rights of the parties s legal persons to continue to exist or retain any proceeds on those claims, and conveys them to the state prior receivership of a creditor in 21 O.S. 21-748 and 18 USC 1593 "restitution" due, to the family of James Allen and other persons so injured by unlawful taking of children themed 200,000 per year in 2001-2020 by the United States; and in 130,000 victims as of April 15 2020 in fiduciary fraud made record by the Democractic House of Representatives of the United States in violation of 45 CFR 303.100(a)(3) rule. Payment of which is obligated immediately in retrn per 45 CFR 303.100(a)(8) and destruction of records a felony per 18 USC 2071, in failure to admit or make entry to the file a record of the Title IV Federal Grant Program, per 45 CFR 302.56(f) and 303.6 rule, embezzlement the product thereby, and discretion to not prosecute voiding the charter of the United States and all member states of the Federal Union who do not comply at that date and without delay.

The Legal 'Cataclysm' - August 11th 2001 to 2021

When the rational for a thing is obliterated, and it is a crime on pure unlawful act of force, to expect relief or any statutory end to hostilities is both irrational, illegal, and utterly impossible while such threat remains operational in the theater of conflict or future contact.

That thought the moral of Beyond War, in real world events, manifest due to the obstruction of its early warning. And to that same end, the assault upon the "Dignity" of any "One" a crime for which the adage of Beyond War is evident and well know to all who are familiar, "That which is static cannot hold."

A target or asset, once identified in a fixed place, cannot withstand asymetric warfare as it cannot equitably counter all the threats that should be directed to its reduction and elimination, making concealment and diversity of presence the sole defense against such an advesary who becomes aware of the obligation to - in order to fully protect its ablity to exercise its franchise without opposition - must eliminate the opposition and their ability to act to that end.

Such is the course of China and the United States, with Japan acting as an economic and political ally of China; while the United States and Russian Federation realize their position against this bloc and its active roots in national socialist movements and corruption of small nations in the European Union.

Resigned too late - as did Great Britain in the decision to separate itself from the encroaching credit black-hole of Greece and other European Union members financial embezzlement and corrpution. As nations in South America, particularly Brazil and Venezuala, rally to aid in this abuse; and to separate the United States from traditional alies like Canada, the scenario described as an assault upon the dignity of any single "One", to the extermination of a creed and the forced erasure of history to suit a narrative of authority and commission of the right to work subject party line, is manifesting.

This movement is "Socialist Ruism" in extremis.

A Warning Too Late (Dec 2020)

Beyond War may be too late to serve as a breakthrough computer application or entertainment product, but it remains relevant more-so than any FPS or resource-starvation management game themed on socialist (Ruist) "fairness" and "team balance" codependency found in Asian and Marxist theories of equity and combined labor idealism over human dignity and right to resist, dissent, and sustain boundaries between the government and ordinary human family and parent-child bonds.

These stories, about the very human, intimdate, and fundamental identity of competing cultures, are core to the Beyond War product, and the effort to force the sale of such title to dilute them is akin to changing the national anthem or lecturing Americans on its meaning in justification for its removal or alteration of other fundamental rights not limited to faith and how people gather and worship (see mid to late 2020).

Acts that supercede both "treason" and "war" to represent a new class of interference in the sovereign identity and commission of a government organization (a legal person), and contrary to the Constitution of the United States, in which such organization is an agent of the People and a servant - rather than an authority over their franchise and enumerated rights based on collective will and force of public power installed in the public trust. Words that, to many Americans, are just meaningless due a failed education and faulty literacy assumed "good enough" by United States monopoly on education, public right-to-work commissions and letters of marque prohibited to their issuance a rule, and other forms of false debt and false estates created to compel a form of peonage in the People of the United States which have no standing at law before a "sophisticated person" or educated men (Securities Act of 1934).

Perspective of American Warfighters

To a reader experienced in these matters and laws, the elements of Beyond War are fundmental. While to a (Ruist) person who is looking for "fairness" in a "competitive team game" wrongly themed a "persistent world", would be lost. To quote one advisor, "If find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!", a great assessment of the larger field of battle that Beyond War players and groups operate in - for which there are no "chokepoints in space" or predictable direction of attack like an 1863 land battle in Napoleonic fashion.

Experience in Air War and space warfare, signal warfare, submarine warfare, automated avionics and Intercontinental Ballistic Missile technology and management of arms, and other skills not taught to the civilian public are key to the design, organization, and management of these engagements. In this respect, and the abstruction including fields of combat on a simple cartesian model of space witha common "up" direction employed to rush products to market ahead of Beyond War to try to gain credit for discovery after theft of property in Oklahoma and Texas, statements of intent to do so, and false sale of title to seek investment in fraud now proven in multiple counts; the model is not met by any product so far to market, and effots to imply "collission", "3 dimensional omni-directional engagement with multiple manifold space environments affording thousands of simultaneous players interaction", and other advances in visualization and simulation data management across multiple physical PC nodes, are not met.

Death is in the Dying

Elements that, alone, are substantial - but are further designed to make the fear and the experience of personal and individual presence and risk in interactive sessions and potential loss credible to players in a multi-character lifecycle involving character death and re-admission to the same persistent Universe after substantial loss possible.

Installing therein what combat pilots call "the pucker factor" in any interaction among players, as well as genuine motive to lay down arms and protect assets and lives as much as to engage in all-out to-the-death battles and "death celebrations" as seen in games for children and the culture of first-person shooter (FPS) eSports now popularized by Ruist governments calling for armed revolution and civil death of Trump supporters and staffers in America.

Veterans with lost limbs, lost eyesight, lost hearing, and lost family members will appreciate Beyond War most, and that is what we are seeking. So the loss of one developer can be shared and understood with all people, and war can be better understood in extremis - before it is practiced by any - without disarmament or dumbing down of our people to the extent that lawlessness and abuse become a "new normal" or justice becomes "relative to benefits and costs" (Ruist) or denied because of the obstruction and inefficiency of our present system or incompetence and cruelty of any single officer or state - or collection of the same against the rule of law and the Laws of the United States.
