Consumer Gaming Systems (CGS) are personal micro-computers designed to play games comperable to console entertainment systems and other computer appliances. CGE solutions are often used for business data entry and point-of-sale or record keeping, and for Internet Access and video.
Although advanced display options are available, and television appliances replace these devices for consumer use, many businesses still believe computers serve no purpose other than file access and organizational security, or other remedial data management functions with human-computer interface. CGS are available from SDP for purchase order, based on market price, and covered solely by manufacturer or component warranty, unlike AGS and BGS custom system designs.
